I was born in the Netherlands, but I found my home in Barcelona, where I have been living and working for many years. My journey in the travel world began as a guide in 2018, and in 2020 I decided to take the step of founding Tentáculo as a bespoke travel design company.
For me, travel is not about collecting stamps in a passport, but about human connections. I am passionate about people, culture, and those conversations that happen around a table or while walking down a forgotten street.
The name comes from the octopus metaphor: infinite curiosity, the ability to sense its environment, and the skill to connect different worlds with sensitivity and agility.
My work philosophy is personal, authentic, and emotional. I am detail-oriented, with a strong local network and a special sensitivity for understanding the dynamics of the groups I work with.
